TUITION New Student Registration 2018-2019 Dear Parents/Guardians, We are looking forward to having your child(ren) enroll in our school! We have carefully considered the costs for the school, our budget needs, and established the tuition scale listed below. A $300 non-refundable registration fee is required for each new student entering our school. 2018-2019 TUITION RATES FOR GRADES K-8 1 child $4,300.00 2 children $6,850.00 3 children $8,550.00 NON-CATHOLIC 1 child $5,200.00 2 children $ 7,700.00 3 children $9,450.00 At this time we are asking you to complete a Tuition Payment Preference Form stating how you plan to pay your tuition (beginning in July) for the coming year. You will received $100 off your total tuition if you are paying in full. However, FULL payment must be received by June 15, 2018. These rates DO NOT include the $300 per student annual Academic Fee which is paid directly to the school office no later than July 16, 2018. A FACT TUITION FORM must still be completed, and will be held in the office until payment is made by the deadline date above. The annual fee for the program remains at $41.00 which is payable to OLV School via personal check. The payments will continue to be made over an 11 month payment period beginning in JULY and ending in MAY. If you miss a payment, please contact Carla Dinardo in the Parish Office at 732-257-0077, extension 227 at least seven business days before the scheduled payment. Also, the FACTS “Peace of Mind” fee is $17.00. It is deducted from your account if you choose that option. Financial Assistance (K-8) Many families make great sacrifices to send their children to Catholic school. For some families, however, the financial stretch makes the choice difficult. For families unable to afford the entire coast of a Catholic school education, help is available through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment (FGAA) has been selected to conduct the financial need analysis for the Diocese of Metuchen. FGAA is an online application process. The Program is now open, applicants may apply online by going to https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Applicants have the choice of an English or Spanish online form. Applications and all required supporting documentation must be submitted to FGAA by March 31, 2018. The application fee is $30 and must be paid online at the time you submit your application. Forms of payment include debit cards, most major credit cards, or an electronic check. If tuition is in arrears, your child will be asked to leave the program unless we are made aware of the reasons for any delinquent payments and a reasonable effort is made to correct the situation.
